In this teaching Father Laurence sets out to share his thoughts the on reality we call the Holy Trinty, and how a deeper understsnding of what we mean by Trinity would be benifical and helpfull for our world today.  He helps us to understand how calming of the mind is a way into meditation,  and that meditation is both a way into the mystery of the Trinity and a sharing in the life and purpose of the Trinity.

Metropolitan Kallistos Ware is an Orthodox monk of the monastery of St John the Theologian Patmos, and Metropolitan of the Archdiocese of Thyteira and Great Britain. He is the author of The Orthodox Church (2nd edn., 1993) and The Orthodox Way (2nd edn., 1995) and he is co-translator of the five-volume Philokalia Kallistos Ware holds a doctorate in theology from the University of Oxford where from 1966 to 2001 he was Fellow of Pembroke College and Spalding Lecturer in Eastern Orthodox Studies. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1966.
